The Motion Docket is now being uploaded in searchable PDF format which allows users to search the text of the Docket within Adobe Acrobat Reader by selecting “Edit, Find” by typing “Ctrl, F” or by clicking on the binoculars on the button bar and then entering search terms. However, please exercise caution when searching the docket using the Adobe Find feature because due to the “cut and paste” quality of the original published Docket, no optical character recognition software can adequately transform it into text which can be searched with more than moderate reliability.

To view the full Motion Docket, click on the "Full Mobile Circuit Court Motion Docket" link above. The procedure to save the Motion docket to your hard drive depends on your system:

· Internet Explorer Users: Right click, Save Target As

· Netscape Users: Right click, Save Link As

· Macintosh Users: Click and hold, Download To Disc

If you have a Palm Pilot or Pocket PC handheld device the Motion Docket can be downloaded to your Desktop and then copied to your handheld device. This will require the installation of an Adobe Acrobat Reader on your Handheld. You can also download the docket automatically every week onto your Handheld by creating a mobile favorite in Microsoft Internet Explorer or by subscribing to Avant Go, which is a free service, and linking to this site.
